is this an allergic reaction?

About a week ago, I noticed these teeny little bumps all over dd's chest, some on her arms, back and on her face (on the t zone area)...they are not pink or red but I am still wondering what could have caused this.

About the time these appeared I had made her some "magic milk", sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and almonds and I thought she could possibly have an allergy to the sesame seeds, but I'm not sure. She has also been rolling around in the grass too, could that be a cause??

So far I havent put anything on it, I was hoping it would have cleared up by now...I was thinking of using a balm on her and maybe some witch hazel any ideas on this would be great!

Anyone have any input for me on this I would appreciate it, I want my dd to have her beautiful smooth skin back!

thanks

Hard to say. I'd keep observing her to see when they show and if their presence is associated with any particular food or activity. Could just be prickly heat if she was running around and getting warm.

When DS had rough skin, little colorless bumps, on his arms, I forget exactly what the ped said it was--other than calling it alligator skin--but his advice was to not bathe DS every night. Baths only 3-4 times per week and put lotion on immediately after without completely drying him, basically to keep his skin well moisturized.
