I love to hear when a woman has an "easy" pregnancy, I had a great pregnancy and enjoyed every minute of it. So enjoy eyourself and the little one your carrying with you. 
My labor was really hard, long and after planning for a home birth wound up with a c-section! So go figure.
As for other peoples comments try not to let it get you down, nasty comments are more about the person saying them than you. (probably jealous or envious your having such a good time being pg)
