Sleeper patterns

Thread Starter
I need a sleeper pattern for a bigger baby.... something 18m - 3T or so.
The *only* sleepers I can find for my son are either zip from one leg to the other with no crotch snaps (my DH wants crotch snaps, and I can't really blame him!) or are heavyweight fleece...

Not only is DS a warm baby, and often sweats in his sleep with a thin pair of PJs, but we live in TEXAS!!

I miss the jersey sleepers from carters! But none of their bigger pjs will fit over cds! Doh!

If anyone knows of a pattern out there for bigger babies, Let me know please! I can either have my mommy sew some for me, or wait a few months to sew my own. DH says I have to wait to buy my first *sniff* sewing machine until we buy a house...our apt is SO crammed up as is!
If my mom lived closeby I could just use hers...but...

Thanks!!

Kwik Sew has patterns for footed sleepers from newborn to Misses XL! But none of them have snap crotches.
If you need lightweight, you might want to check out the dyeable kids clothes selection at www.dharmatrading.com - I know they have snap-crotch jersey romper suits that might work well. No feet, but it does cover the whole body AND has the snap crotch.
