How much yarn?

How many yards, ounces, ect. do you need to make a large pair of longies. They will probably be crocheted, but may be knitted. These are the two yarns I was looking at.

Would they work? How many skeins would I need?

Oooh, those are pretty!

I don't know how much for that weight, but when I used their bulky regular yarn (135 yrds ea), it took just over 2 skeins to make Lila's longies (a large).

Thank you again. I just went to your blog and was looking at your longies and found the place you bought your yarn. It is the same yarn as that on ebay, and they have some of the colors I wanted, and weren't on ebay. Guess I'm going shopping.

Glad I could help!

And watch out, their yarn is addictive! :LOL

no, kidding. I had so much trouble narrowing it down to two.

I think I check out their yarn (between ebay & their site) at least once a day. :LOL I have 2 more colors coming in, I'm bidding on one set, and watching a bunch of others.

I guess there are worse things to be addicted to.
