Ok, I'm 31 weeks today and for the past 4 weeks or so I've been having BH contractions. I have quite a few a day- but nothing painful, etc.
Over the past week or so I've had one every time I go to the bathroom. When I'm peeing or pooping I have one. Doesn't matter. They're not painful, just make it a little harder to breathe.
Should I be worried about this??
Oh yeah- and I'm not straining or anything.

The bladder is in front of the uterus, so as it empties, it often causes the uterus to move a bit and even contract.
