Significant Other! Duh! (hitting myself on the head)

natch is indeed short for naturally... it's originally a term from a ways back.... Archie & the gang used to say it, and i dont remember what the date on those issues was...

it became adopted to the net, presumably, because it's an abbreviation.

What about "TTC"? It's in the poll in the single parenting thread about 'how we conceived'.:

Hmmm...not sure. Can you provide the sentence it was written in so we can see the context?

What about TCS? Just tell me what it stands for and I'll try and figure out the rest (seems to be a LARGE topic).

A sticky is a post or thread that a moderator or administrator "sticks" at the top of the page..it doesn't move down the page like other threads do when no one posts to them for awhile. Usually only done to important notices.

CIO?

I have been on the boards for a while and I still have not figured out what CIO means. I think it has something to do with Crying? or Child?

ISO - I believe it means "in search of" but here's a thread of discussion about it: http://mothering.com/discussions/sho...242#post166242
EC - Elimination Communication which is parent/infant communication to express the need to go and means no need for diapers.

Ok, what the heck does "HTH" mean? I have been pondering that one a while...
tara, HTH= hope this helps

At least, that's my best guess.

Aha! So simple, but I just couldn't figure it out! Thank you mucho!

How about EC? I thought it might be exclusively cloth, but I'm thinking otherwise now. Does it have to do with not using diapers at all, or minimally?
