What brand of vitamins do you take? Elle is allergic to milk and I have been told my her ped to also eliminate soy until she gets better just in case she also has a soy allergy. I just read my vitamin bottles and saw that they both contain Lecithin which is a Soy derivative : Any sugestions?

Are the vitamins for you? Have you tried Solgar?(avail at the health food store) I think they are dairy/soy free.
