When MooMoo is born, I'm not going to be on the computer for a long time. BUT, I'd like to let you all know how everything went and such. So I'm wondering if anyone else would be interested in exchanging phone #s w/another member here so someone else can spread the news.

Sounds cool! I'm not sure how to do this though. Maybe just PM somebody who has responded positively to this, but who doesn't have a due date to close to your own, and go from there?

I dunno, though, even though I wasn't online a lot after my second was born, it only took 2 days for me to get the story written and tell everyone online.

Sounds like a great idea... why don't we take a look at the due dates thread that's stickied & pick a couple possible people...maybe we could pair up everyone with edd of the 1st - 6th with people from the 14th - 20th, and peeps from the 7th - 13th with those from the 21st - 31st...

We could probably do a couple people each in case someone delivers early & their buddy is late...I don't know about you all, but I've decided that I'm going to be 1 week early, same as ds1 was. 'Cause you know I get to decide and all... :LOL

Seriously though, we probably have a couple weeks before we need to have our #'s exchanged, so hopefully everyone will post here and join in.

eta: well, those dates won't work all that well since more people are due the last week and a half then any other space, but ya know -- something like that! :LOL

I'll probably got 2 or 3 weeks early.. at least, I will if my previous kids are any sign of how its gonna be

I'm in too! I'm due around the 22nd so I can take an early Dec date. I had a c-section with DD so who knows what will happen with this one. I am planning a VBAC so I will probably be late since I do not want to be induced....

Anywho, the idea of just PMing someone sounds great, so it doesn't get too complicated :LOL

I know for me it would be helpful for whomever I switch w/to post my quick and abbreviated story here on the Dec board as well as on the UC thread on homebirth. That way, everyone can be informed.

We might want to wait awhile to give other mamas a chance to see the thread.
