Do y'all have any great stress cutting strategies? I'd really like to hear how real people deal with stress. I have it coming out of my ears at work, and then some random other things (like the election) are starting to get to me a bit. I've *always* been a stress internalizer-- right now, I can feel it all in the muscles in my neck-- and I hate to think of the bad effects it could have on the baby and/or labor. Help me be healthier!
