Victoria Secrets funny from my ds.......

Thread Starter
Dh, my 32 month old, and I went into Victoria Secrets to buy me some new underwear as they were having a sale, and well, mine are shot. I just wanted some low rise bikini cotton ones for the pregnancy.

ANYWays.......I should have seen it coming but as soon as we entered the store, ds's eyes were big as saucers!!!! THen we start browsing and he starts yelling, "LOOK AT ALL THE BOOKIES ( his word for breasts/nursing!)!!!!" Dh and I look at each other and am thinking that, well, noone knows what he is saying, and keep on browsing. So, a sales attendant approaches us and ds tells her, "LOOK AT ALL THE PRETTY BOOKIES.....I LOVE THEM!" Dh and I just bust out laughing and we had to leave because it was just too funny. The lady figured out what he was talking about and was slightly embaressed, but it was too funny.

Later on as we are shopping in other stores in the mall, ds keeps going on and on about "the bookies" in the other store, and asking if we can go back........

I told dh, " and the obsession begins!"

Had to share my toddler nursing story.

LOL! My oldest DS says he likes "babynurses" (He was BF to about 18 months).

My DD's call them "babyfeeders" (As in, my DD told my sis, "You have babyfeeders, like my mommy!" one time when they were both using the bathroom at the swimming pool!)

My youngest says "Baba" he is 25 months.

I'm just happy they all recognize the function of mammary glands, as well as appreciating the "attractive containers" milk comes in!

How cute and funny! My dd calls breasts "milkies", so its cute to read what everyone's kids call them

Personally, I dont understand why VS doesn't have a nursing/pregnancy line. I love their clothes and would continue to use them while preggo, nursing if I could! After all, their underwear is the reason some women get pregnant, right LOL And their models could continue to work while pregnant!

Me too! Bookies is a funny word. We say boobles, thanks to my 4 yr old niece who told me, "Aunt Lilli, you sure do have big boobles!"

That is so cute I wonder what he'll think of this story when he's a teenager?? :LOL

I also think VS should have a maternity/preggo line. I their bras when I'm not pg or nursing, I wish I could wear them for nursing
