I think it was something like natural pregnancy by Aviva Jill Rohm. Another good book to try is "Better babies" by Francesca Naish.

Thank you all for being so willing to publicly share your trials and triumphs with pregnancy and trying to get pregnant. I have a 15month old daughter and we are trying to have another. We have kinda been trying for 6 months now but so far I have not tried any herbal remedys besides drinking RRL tea! I think I may have a problem with the length of my leutial phase. I am ovulating between day 17 and 19 and then beginning a new cycle on the 30th day. I would greatly appreciate any and all information you can give.

DHA

What about DHA -- I ahve been told NOT to take products made from fish cause of possible mercury levels.

Thoughts?

Aimee I heard about the fish thing while pregnant but not while trying to concieve. I am not a fish eater myself so I don't have to worry about that one.

Hi all. My name is Sarah and I've been ttc #2 for about 9 cyles now. I am 23 and my dh is 24, our ds Lucas was concieved when we were not trying, but not preventing after about 9mos. He is 2 1/2yrs. now.

I've been taking a women's multi-vitamin and an extra 50mg B-6 a day for the majority of that time. I've just recently added a 400IU of Vit. E per day, and began drinking some Green Tea. However, I hate tea so I probably don't drink as much of that as I should. I'm considering adding some flax as well.

I've also been trying to eat better (more fruits and veggies) and eating foods that I've read/heard help with fertility like carrots and pineapple. I've considered using vitex and false unicorn root, but I'm a little unsure about those. Opinions?

To all of you who are trying to concieve and can not for ANY reason I would love to recommend Gynex from Energy USA
Also fantastic for any female problem - ANY. Cysts, breast problem, thyroid gland problem, anything like that. There has been MANY babies born called "Gynex babies"...many couples who could not concive for any reason after using this product were able to have child. Also great for recovery after birth to put your body back into normal functioning.

haveing watch both sisters try and try ....then get pregant three times when they weren't trying.....I think there has to be something said for getting your body ready; then relazing a little and just letting it happen.

won't work all the time; or for everyone............but I fear we wover think the most natural thing in the world -- conception.

We go out of our way to have narual birth; letting out bodies decided, not forceing it and so on -- but when we are trying to get the baby to start with we worry over each minute of the day.

Just an observation.
