Anyone know if there is any problem with taking either St John's Wort & SAM-e while breastfeeding?

I don't know but my co-leader just bought the book about breastfeeding and herbs (those are both considered herbs right?) and she is bringing it tonight to put into the library. If no one else responds I'll try and rememeber to look those up for you.
