[PLEASE READ] Good GRIEF! Just Returned from FL and.....

Hey Ladies!

I just got home from Florida to find three packages awaiting me.

Pkg #1: A gift from an old friend, Burt's Bees goodies.
Pkg #2: The gift from my December swap mama. (THANK YOU!!!! more later )
Pkg #3: The gift TO my December swap mama.....

WTF?!? I don't know yet WHY it was at my door, but the package was soaking wet, looked like wolves chewed on it and well, the contents aren't in hot shape. So, while you don't know who you are, I've got to get a new gift out to you....I'm sorry for the delay and will have it out very soon...eeeeek!!

Back to Package #2....
And, then....about the gift I received from my December Mama....I'll have to take a photo of it as soon as my digital camera dries out (and hopefully works...yet another weekend mini-disaster) and post it on here. She was WAYYYYY thoughtful and creative and sent us a beautiful wooden mobile with airplanes hanging. It's just perfect and has made us both very happy. We just love it and can't believe how personal that was. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

That sucks about your pkg. but at least you got some great gifts

Now if you don't mind I will piggy back onto this post and thank the mama who sent my gift (more to her later) and to say most apologetically that I just mailed the gift to the mama I have this morning. So, while you don't know who you are I am sorry your gift is so late.

Oooh, that sucks about the package coming back to you. Happened to me once, I had made a package with some fitted diapers and AIOs (I forget how many now, but it was a large package) and 2 weeks later...there it was on my patio, soaking wet, looking chewed-on, the diapers were mildewey and everything. I guess it happens :

Oh gosh, what a pain!! Was the swap gift for your swapee homemade or store bought? I would have cried if a pack of wolves got to the gown I made for michray.

And if I am the swapee, no worries.
