This week, you will begin to offer feedback to each other on your work.
Please indicate if you would like to get feedback. Also, it will be helpful if you let each other know if you are working on a short story, monologue etc. You are no longer limited to posting only the homework.
1. This is a safe and sacred space. Please only give feedback to people who ask for it. If a person asks specific questions, attempt to answer them directly.
2. Be respectful. Begin with specific things that you enjoyed about a piece. What drew you in to the writing? What would you like to hear more about? How can they elaborate or develop aspects of their piece?
3. Support each person in developing their own unique voice. No negative critiques.Refrain from having opinions on each other's subject matter.
4. Ask each other questions:i.e."what is the most essential quality that you express in this story?" Then, support each other in developing these qualities.
Be kind. Be generous. Be direct. Treat each other as you would want to be treated. Blessings.
