Additional Comments:This is my favorite carrier and thouht it needed a review. I bought this when DD was about 8 months when I saw it in the back of Mothering mag. I liked how it rides on the hip. It is the only carrier DH will use and the only one DD will ride in, now 3 years old. I am thinking of getting another one for my 8 month old because DH always uses this one and I want another. This is the one we grab for whenever we need somethin fast. It takes just a second to put baby in it. The one really great thing about it is that you can o from front-carrying to side-carrying, and all the way around to back carrying without having to take it off. You just swoop it around. I't great when you are cooking and need to put baby behind you or off to the side. I love this carrier and I have used many in the past few years. The only downside I could see someone having with this is the lack of head support. I can tell you though, that my babe has slept so comfortably in this carrier and all it requires is giving him a little place to rest his head on my arm.

I give it (How many thumbs up out of five?):

Fit/Sizing:

Performance: ds was comforable, I was not. Easy on and off.

Workmomship: wonderful quality

Customer Service/Communication: Did not answer my request for help through email.

Have you made a complaint to the WAHM about the product? If yes, please provide details of any resolution or lack thereof

Additional Comments:This was touted as a great carrier that takes the pressure off of shoulder and back. No matter how I adjusted it, the shoulder strap hurt my neck and shoulder to the point of shooting pains and numbness. I contacted the manufacturer to ask for help, even though I had followed their directions. THey never responded to me. Maybe the problem is my shape, but I am a pretty average 5'5", 140 pounds. And my son was 5 months and 16 pounds. He was so comfortable, and it went on quick and easy. If it hadn't hurt me, I would give this a great review! It is versatile. He could ride facing in or out, on my back, on my hip, or in the front. And you can move them from front to back or side without taking them out of it. Very cool. This is for older babies, who have excellent torso and head support.

Additional Comments:Very easy to use, it actually did take the weight off my shoulders....it wasn'tuntil he was 4 and a bit more t han 35# that it started to "dig in" to my shoulders....I wore him up tight and close tomy body which seemed to help with that aspect..kept his weight more on my hip and off the shoulder/neck.

Additional Comments:
The longest/more strenuos time I wore it was climb up and down Stone Mountain (GA) with my 11 month son in it. My shoulder did hurt afterwards, but I would expect it to. I loved using it for all kinds of errands. My son slept in it the very first time we used it (he was maybe 6 months?)
Very versatile.
