Apple Muffin Recipes?

I just had the BEST muffin from a little coffee shop. It was called and Apple Pie muffin. I have never had an apple muffin before. I can't believe what I was missing!

Does anyone have any recipes that they could share?

I have been making these muffins from Dr. weil's website for awhile now, and they're pretty good. They taste best warm.
