My Partner cant cope with a HB which would be my ideal thing, and I am diabetic so there is a lot of pressure to go to hospital and I don't have the will power to fight the french system again! Done it before and ended going back to Scotland for my entire pregnancy because they were so stupid!! Anyway thats another story, hospital birth for me, however, have found a scottish midwife who usually does homebirths and have asked her to come with me to hospital so that she will make sure that I get the birth we want and not the really scary C/S which I had the last time, she does homeopathy, acupressure etc so I feel really comfortable with her and I know that I will be able to communicate properly with her and there willbe no language barrier. DP is being great this time and it's soooooo good just to be able to share this pregnancy with him and he's so excited as well - I have just fallen in love with him all over again!!
