Anyone know of a good source for cheap colored tissue paper? I need an assortment of colors. I would like to make a colorful, torn paper collage for my girls room and colored tissue works best for this. I'm not talking about the kind you put in gift bags. I'm looking for the kind you used in elementary school art class. Thanks!
