Heh

B- org cornflakes, org milk, banana
s- handful of mini ritz crackers
L- footlong veggie sub from subway - no cheese, extra veggies
s- half a small order of fries, shared with DS, sugarless ice tea, handful of mini ritz
D spinach and feta pizza with brocolli on top, half glass ginger ale
s- probably a blueberry muffin, since I have to make some tonight.

I am so proud of myself, I did SO good yesterday. I got 99% of my Brewer's diet. Everything but the citris fruit!
I had a total of 4 - 12 oz glasses of soy milk (with coffee flavor added - YUM!)
2 eggs (fried)
whole wheat pasta with diced tomatoes, spices, and olive oil
brown rice, tofu, carrots and collard greens for dinner

YAY for me. Can I do it again today. I'm going for 100% of Brewer's today. Although i need to scrounge some money to go buy some more soy milk! I had some SweetTarts before bed, but I find that I really can get in what I need if I stay away from all those sweets and stuff!

Tuesday

S- ½ eng muffin with veggie cream cheese, mug of red zinger tea

B- Farmer's Omlet (tomatoes, pepper, onions, sausage and ham), rye toast, home fries. Cup of decaf tea with honey and lemon (my throat started to really hurt)

S - Ezekial toast with PB, another cup of tea (throat really started hurting!)

L- White bean soup (only ate half, throat hurt and started feeling feverish)

That was it... Turns out I have strep throat, so by 3pm I was down and out... Still feel like crap. Not happy about taking antibiotic but can't afford to try going the homeopathic route right now. DH is unable to get off because they are switching out operating systems at work and they are running a skeleton crew.

I have amazing friends who delivered dinner tonight (baked ziti) and will be bringing over baked chicken and mac&cheese for tomorrow night. And my MW prescribed 3 days of "bed-rest"... Stay on the couch don't do anything unless the kids are bleeding or the house is on fire! I'm just trying to keep hydrated, which is hard since I feel like I have a sand paper sock stuck in my throat.

Tuesday

B-1 egg, 1 slice turkey ham, 1 slice cheese, 2 pieces w/w toast
S- small serving of left over pasta & chesse
L - Romaine, gorgonzola cheese, walnut salad @ basalmic vinegar.
1/2 Wendys frosty for desert
S- Lite Popped corn
D - Spegetti & 3 meatballs
Still need more fruits & veggies!!!!!!! ugh!

B- Bowl of Raisin Bran
S- i cup of grapes and an orange
L- Captain D's #1 meal. 2 piece fish dinner with green beans and okra instead of french fries
D- not had yet but we are going to have those steaks tonight since we didn't eat them last night and a bakes potato.
I also ate a little debbie jelly roll earlier (they are almost gone!!!)
Trying to drink lots of water!!!

A huge bowl of cucumber-tomato salad
A can of Raviolli's
A bunch of mandarin oranges
some pretzles
For dinner we are having steak, red potato's and corn.

Breakfast-bagel with peanut butter and honey and coffee, bad mama
Snack-apple and almonds and too many chips
Lunch- Bagel cream cheese and a mini twix-its like less then a bite.
Snack-wheat crackers
Dinner- I'm planning baked fish and chips and a huge salad with spinach,peas, carrots mushrooms,advocado and feta

nothing super delicious today

i started out with a bowl of oatmeal and fruit which i threw up as soon as i finished eating it.

snack 1/2 apple - i shared it with ds and dd

lunch cottage cheese and some ww bread

snack some more cottage cheese

dinner 2 eggs and 2 slices of ww toast.

i will probably have an oragne or grapefruit tonight.

Wenesday I think I was better??? Perhaps, maybe???
B- Small Fruit & yougurt w/ granola from Mc D's. 1 hash brown & decaf coffee (I know I know, tea would be better, but I was on the run)
S- Cheese about 1 oz or 2.
L- 2 shredded beef soft tacos, sm FF & Lemonade (Still on the run)
S- lite popcorn
S- Sandwhich of turkey ham, 1 slice cheese 2 pieces w/w bread
D- Broasted chicken, rice ( would have preferred brown, but DH cooked so it was white), Stir Fry Veggies
S-Bananna & pretzels (M/S is kicking up in the evening again!UGH!)
A a little better on the fruits & veggies. I did make it to the store & got some!

Wednesday

This is kind of an interesting thread... interesting to see what other people are eating and it makes me pay attention to what I am eating.

ok so yesterday I ate:
B- kukicha tea, cous cous topped with mixed berry jam, two bites of steamed bok choi
L- LO brown rice sushi with sauerkraut and peanutbutter, natto, LO tempura, more bok choi from breakfast, tall glass of water
later- tea
Pre-dinner- two rice cakes with pb and one tangerine
Dinner- Rigatoni with peas and marinara sauce, sauteed broccoli rabe
Dessert- LO vegan chocolate cake from son's birthday on Sat. with extra vegan, grain sweetned chocolate chips on top
Snack while watching Sex and the City with DH- peanuts, raisins and grain sweetned vegan chocolate chips, kukicha tea

Ok so this thread really brought my attention to what or should I say what I am not eating!

I so hate feeling full and if I eat a lot I feel full for hours. It is hard to get a lot of little meals in because everytime I walk to the kitchen I have two little boys on my heals with their mouths working like gupies asking for food! And that is even if they just got down from lunch!

So today I started writing it down:

B-2 cups of cereal w/ 1 cup of 2% milk
S- 1/2 banana
L- Taco salad with sour cream, lettuce, and tomato, glass of milk
S- Granola bar, glass of milk
S- handful of potato wedges from the deli while grocery shopping.
D- Rotisseri chicken breast and grapes. Iced Raspberry Tea

Not too bad. At least I actually ate breakfast today! Need to do better on the veggies and on the water only managed 5 glasses today and I need to drink more cause I am dry mouthed big time! I always have a glass near by just forget to actually drink it.

Pigged out on Thursday!!
B- 3 cups Tea & 2 peices W/W toast with butter
s- Bananna
L- Thanksgiving Feast at sons 1st grade class. Turkey, Beans, corn bread, potoates, small amount of Gravy, apple juice & delicious pumpkin pie
(Came home got sick!)
S- 1 slice cheese & 1 slice turkey Ham
s- 1 orange
dinner snack? - Small amount of cheese rice & stir fry veggies b4 LLL
Dinner - 1/2 taco salad with chili, cheese, sour cream, salsa & chips
Very full going to bed!!!!
