Bulk Rasberry Leaves

I purchased bulk rasberry leaves from the health food store to make tea. I am not really sure how to do this, in order to get the potency right. Not to much, not to little. Can anyone here help me???

I use a full teaspoon per cup, which is what they reccommend. Steep for 15 minutes.

And they said take 3 cups a day at least.

My midwife recommennded making it in a coffee pot. Measure your leaves into a coffee filter and then run the water thru twice to make it stronger.

What a great idea! I will do that. Currrently I am using a tea ball, and getting way to many leaves!
