I've found some great ideas here and thought I would join and say hello!
I am a mama to five children ages 13 down to 4 yr old twins, (plus 1, a 10 yr old exchange student from Korea). We are a homeschooling family (except for the exchange student) and I love to sew!
I have been looking for hemp fleece. I am not too concerned with how it's been cut or what size (as long as it's pieces 8 inches long or more). If you have scraps or a large piece that you aren't going to use, email me at willard7@telus.net, I would be willing to pay for the fabric and shipping. I am in Canada and we don't have any distributors here but I was blessed to get a few yards from a WAHM who makes cloth diapers! I was hoping maybe I could find others who have extra fabric at home too.
If anyone has any questions about sewing, feel free to ask! I can make just about anything and love to help out newbies to sewing!
