We just got a Kozy carrier a week ago, and dd loves the back carry. The only problem is I cannot seem to get her up there by myself. Dh usually helps me. 
I have looked at the website, but she is too big to lie patiently on the couch, and she is too small to hang on like the toddler in the pictures. Is there some way I can do this alone?
