What kind of yarn winder is good?

Dh has been bugging me for suggestions on what I want as a gift, and this year I could actually think of something! LOL I told him that all I want is a knitting book I've been eyeing, enough yarn to make myself this shawl I want, and a ball winder!

But I have no idea what kind is good and what a good price is. Any suggestions?

My DH bought me this one from a LYS:

To make a long story short, I never used it 'cause I took it back 'cause it didn't have instructions, then the owner of the place was really rude so I got my money back instead.

I've been thinking about ordering it from the knitting warehouse...along with some other stuff, of course.
