Morning Sickness
Hi MaxsMami,
I totally sympathise. With DS, I was horrifically nauseous, 24/7. I didn't throw up very often, so very little relief, but it was all I could do to hold on. Sadly, it lasted until my 6th MONTH!!!
Here's what I finally did, with my doctor's consent: Vitamin B6 (I think 25 mg) and 1/2 a tab of Unisom (that's right, the sleeping pill) together every day. It didn't stop me from being sick, but it reduced the nausea to a point where I could at least function.
Other things that helped included a daily tea of red raspberry leaf and nettle leaf, with fresh ginger grated into it.
I did not try the wristbands or preggie pops, but will use both this time, if needed. Like I posted before, I'll also try the
Baby's Bliss Morning Sickness Magic if I get really sick.
The last thing I did was take a mental assessment every day to see if any particular smells or tastes seemed to be setting me off. Then I would avoid what I could. The thing for me was that I was limited to about 5 things I could eat at any given time. For a while, pasta with red sauce and yogurt were my staples. Then DH opened a jar of pasta sauce one night and the smell sent me straight to the bathroom.

Good luck, honey! The best part is - you KNOW it will end!!
