Full Moon Tomorrow (Friday)

Thread Starter
I wonder if anyone will go into labor and/or deliver this weekend. I feel ready to meet my baby, but I'm really not ready. I still have so much to do!

I was going through the new post titles, I read this one to my dh. He says, "Can you give me a full moon right now?" :LOL
Sorry it doesn't have anything to do with the subject matter... :

I feel like this too. I've been thinking all along that this baby would come later, but lately I've been feeling like he's going to come earlier than I've been expecting.

I wish I knew! I am STILL having contractions... but they aren't doing anything so far as I can tell. Well, except keeping me awake and killing my back! I would like to make it til Saturday ( 37 weeks) but at this point, I think I would give up a day or two just to end this torture !
Good luck to all those mama's with due dates this weekend or upcoming week!!

I was hoping if i ate enough tonight I could squeeze the baby out...

no such luck yet. :LOL

I don't know...I've had quite a few contractions tonight(38 weeks tomorrow), and they feel like they are doing something...but it still may be a week or two, who knows. Sam was born exactly 2 weeks early 2 years ago, and it was the day after Thanksgiving...I think it's weird that I will be exactly 38 weeks the day after thanksgiving again. I am hoping to wait another week at least, my house is no where near done!! <sigh>

I'm hoping in the next week too. I'm almost 39w.

I've been having some really good contractions 5 min apart for the past week that have spread into my back. I'm not in labor, but I know they are doing something I was also crying non-stop yesterday until we got this huge hail storm, and then I cheered up immediately. Also, my cats have been up my butt this whole week--they won't leave me alone.

I have also turned into a raging bitch and cannot be trusted to be out in public. Unfortunately, I do have to run out to Joann's today to get some flannel--I hope I can keep it under control :LOL

Tonight our town is having this big Christmas celebration thingee--wagon rides, lighting of the tree, etc. Since my hubby will be working, my friend and I are taking my son down, and we have to walk. So I'm thinking walking under a full moon can only help

I keep alternating between wanting her to be born NOW, and totally freaking out about the fact that I will be having a baby in the house again.

Talk about a fun roller coaster ride for everyone else in my house!

OMG!! Whimsy...I am doing the same thing. LOL And then I thought I was ok...ready for the birth, athen I thought all of a sudden...I HAVE TO GET THE BABY OUT!!!!!!!!! And I sort of freaked for a bit. LOL I keep trying to picture calm labor...the tub, the kids hanging around...it is soothing, and I hope to keep the panic thought out. LOL I have done this with every kid I have. Must not be too bad though because this is my fourth. :LOL

Oh, and the raging bitch thing!! Don't get me started. I went to Walmart(blech to start with) with dh the night before thanksgiving...and he kept saying, can you keep your voice down? LOL I am so irritated most of the time, but not sure why, and the rest of the time I am weepy...go figure!!

Ah...I can NOT believe we will all be holding our babes withing the next few weeks...amazing!!
<sigh> here comes a weepy moment. :LOL :LOL :LOL

I was JUST looking at the moon last night trying to figure out if it was full!
If I had the baby today/tonight I'd be THRILLED.
