whoa! the map changes every day?!?!? I thought it was a one-shot deal! New addiction ....... :LOL checking the labor map ....

michray: I totally need to get out of the house! And not to go to work! (Which is where I'm headed so soon ... I can't believe I have to go to work again this week!!). DH and I feel all rested from Thanksgiving so now we have BIG plans, like -- "I don't wanna go to the park near our house with the dog, lets drive to Malibu instead (3 hours)" or "why eat ice cream at home when we could drive to our favorite place an hour away for it?" Then we talk ourselves out of the excursion, and end up at home...

anyway, off to check the map.

Looks terrible for everyone today. I don't see any orange. Does anyone have any idea what this is based on? Atmospheric pressure? Anyway, I'm 39 1/2 weeks and I wanna see some orange!!!
I'm looking sorta orangy/yellow for tuesday

Thats the first time this week. Maybe something will happen, tomorrow is DH's day off, too

O.K. It's the middle of the night and I can't sleep. While obsessively checking the Labor Map, I realized they have a corresponding one for Bad Hair Day. Wouldn't it be nice if we could all be having Good Hair Days when we go into labor?......

realizing this will probably not even seem funny in the real morning :LOL

LMAO!!! I needed that! According to this thing, everyone will have a good hair day and noone will have babies! I think I would prefer the other way around at this point.
It looks like I'm to have a good hair day and an orange/red chance of labor.

I'm ready.... Baby, you ready?

I too wonder what it is based on. Maybe just some sort of gimmick to give women something more to obsess over!
wednesday is looking very red around here....the hair map is saying that my hair should be a lot less frizzy though :LOL
post #18 of 35
wednesday is yellowy-rust for me!!!!! WAHOO!! Lets GO!!
Well, for Wednesday I am in an rusty colored area. I go to the doc tomorrow maybe that is good too! I am ready and I know the baby is, he has tried to come twice already.

I'm in a yellow/ orangey area. This is the first time it hasn't been GREEN when I checked it. I hope I DON'T go into labor. I need more time to pack. I'm not ready!
