I have been taking a b12 vitamin a couple of times a day since ds was born (10 months ago now!) and have heard that it only is absorbed by the body properly if taken with the right foods - apparently if taken with granola it doesnt absorb, but with fruit juices it does....
Anyone know anything about this?
