I think I bought every cure known to man.

The all day sickness is killing me so I went to Wild Oats and stocked up on everything I can think of for helping to ease it.

I got:

Pregnancy tea
Red Raspberry Leaf tea
Spearmint EO (for sniffing)
Ginger Honey (you can take it strait or put it in hot water to make tea or in bubbly water to make gingerale)
Natural ginger ale
Dried ginger - which I took one bite of and almost puked - dont think I will be taking that.
B6 (I already get 20 mg in my prenatal and another 5 mg in a B6, B12, folic acid supplement I take but I want to take 100 mg to see if it helps).

So heres to hoping some of this works for me!

I have some of the ginger honey and it works. I usually have debilitating all day sickness but so far this has been helping. (knock on wood) I take a teaspoon and drink it down like a shot of alcohol, the take a drink of water to chase it.

Oh I am so glad to hear it works! Does it taste awful? I cant eat the dried ginger - its just too gross.

Let me know what works best. . .

... cuz today's not been so good to me.

I moved on to one of the mint Preggie Pops. :Puke I almost lost it after a few minutes. Guess that's not a good flavor for me.

I need to hit the store and get some ginger tea and whatnot. But since I'm still in my pj's and it's 2:30 in the afternoon, I don't guess that's happening today.

Yes it does. I don't like ginger or honey that's why I throw it down like a shot. I barely taste it that way. Oh, and don't try to smell it, I did that when I first opened it.

I'm so glad I read this post. I'm hoping to stay out of the hospital this time around. I've been doing better, eating small amounts often even when I don't want to, trying to drink lots of water, etc but each day I feel worse. I'm going to try to get a few things off that list tomorrow. Thanks for all the ideas!

So far the spearmint EO is really working for me. I have the bottle open on my desk and can just barely smell it but it really seems to be helping. I am also drinking the pregnancy tea right now which has spearmint in it and that is helping as well. I think keeping a full tummy is also helping. I start feeling REALLY bad when I am hungry.

Pickled ginger?

I've heard this is good. It's the stuff you have with sushi, you know? Hot pink slices of pickled ginger. I happen to love it. Going to try to get some on the way home today.

You know I normally love it too - sashimi with wasabi and pickled ginger but even the thought of it right now is too much for me to handle.

I am really enjoying the spearmint right now - plus it feels Christmassy

I really want some preggie pops but online shipping costs more than the actual pops and I cant find them around here. I need to keep looking. Where did you find them?

I found $5 shipping on this site. Hope it helps!
