Had my appt. today. I'm 41 weeks. I am 3cm dialated!!! I can't believe it. I didn't ask how much effaced I am but last week I was 50% effaced. Dr. said I could go at any time and have had irregular but very strong contractions since around 11am. I'm so excited!!!
