false alarm/so frustrated

This morning at 4:15 I got out of bed and fluid rushed out of me. I thought my water had broken so at 10:00 we went to the birth center to have a speculum check and it had just been pee.

It was so dissapointing. I feel so depressed. I am trying so hard to stay up beat and know my baby needs to stay in there and I know that in terms of first time mothering it has not been that long, but I feel like I have been beat up.

easier said than done but try to relax. have your dp help you in and out of a nice warm bath. remember that your time will be here soon enough and your lil bitty babe will be in your arms before you know it.

Oh, I'm so sorry honey That must be really tough. A good cry has been known to bring on labor
