Need help/ideas re: increasing skin allergies

When I was younger I never had problems with allergies but I started getting seasonal allergies when I was around 19. Fast forward 10 years...I have allergies all year round now and now I am starting to get allergic reactions on my skin to stuff I have never had problems with like pumpkins, the garland/swag stuff I put around my windows this Christmas and now my hands are red and burning again from what I don't know what. I have also had problems inside my nose where it is red and inflamed. It always hurts to blow my nose and it occasionally will bleed a little. For that I saw my regular doctor who told me to try Flonase which had no affect. I saw an ENT and he had no clue. I wish I could see a naturopath but my insurance does not cover it and I don't have the money to pay for it. I would appreciate it if anyone had any clues and can send me in some direction on reading material and possible homeopathic remedies. TIA!

Do you live in a cold winter climate? I would first try a "good" humidifier. The cheap ones are not effective, I caught a good one at Target for around 50 bucks, makes a world of difference in the winter. Also, try moisturizing your hands and the inside of your nose.

I live in the Pacific Northwest and we have a good amount of humidity - not too dry and not too humid. I really don't think this is what is causing the problem but thanks for the suggestion.
