Fit/Sizing: Range of sizes depending on your shoulder to hip measurement. May need smaller size as baby grows for more carrying options.
Performance: Wonderful! It is very easy to slip over your shoulder, and putting baby inside is also easy. I have only used this sling for the infant and snuggle carry, since my baby doesn't have head control yet. The fleece is cozy and soft, and keeps baby warm. The sling also fits inside a diaperbag nicely.
Workmomship: Molly is an AP mama that designed the sling for her baby because she was dissatisfied with other sling and carrier options.
Customer Service/Communication: Molly will adjust the size of your sling for you free of charge if needed and is available for quesitons via email.

Additional Comments: My baby loves this sling. I can position her in various versions of the infant carry so she is lying down, or more sitting up when she is awake and wants to see the world. I wear her in this sling most of the day and find it very comfortable. I do worry that the fleece may be too hot for her (and me) when summer comes, because she stays very warm while in the sling. I am interested to try the other positions when my baby grows. I haven't tried to nurse in the sling yet.
