breastfeeding "running joke" in movie

Apparently there is some kind of running joke/sight gag in the new movie "Meet the Fockers". I haven't seen the movie, but a review of it popped up on my Google News Alert for breastfeeding.

Parts of the review tells us:

If you never expected to see Travis Bickle with a prosthetic bosom strapped to his chest, breast-feeding an infant, you were not alone. You sucklin' on me?

Big Jack has been feeding breast milk to Little Jack through a fake breast -- it's a boob with a tube -- that he's dubbed ``the mannary gland.''

During a toast to their first meeting, Jack starts bragging about his fake breast, so Bernie quickly counters with a toast to his 1973 vasectomy.

Hahaha. I was actually just telling my sister the other day that they need to make a bottle that feels and looks like a breast so when the mom is gone they will get a more real bottle. We were saying they should use the stuff they use to make the "real" private parts and make a mold of the moms boob and then make it into a bottle. Don't know if it would work, but it'd be neat.

Yeah, I have that bottle, but it's still made out of a rubbery silicone that doesn't feel like skin. My daughter won't even use it because the nipple on it isn't soft enough. It's got a hard tip at the end of it. I'm talking about the stuff they use to make (don't know if I can say this on here) sex toys. Like the "real feeling" vaginas for guys. Stuff like that. You can buy a kit to make a mold of yourself or your partner and then you pour this skin like rubbery stuff in it that's skin colored (so it's life like) and volia; you have a toy that's just like your hubby or vice versa. Sorry if tmi, I just needed to explain what I was talking about.
