Does anyone have the link for the list of "If You Breastfeed One Day..." which goes on from there listing the benefits of going longer and longer? I saw it posted here before and didn't save the link. I need to send it to a friend who is about 1/2 way through her pregnancy and informed me last night that "Breastfeeding just isn't for me." Ugh!!
