I got them at my local health food store. They were recommended to me by their supplements specialist.

This is our third. We've had two pretty great mw-attended homebirths so along those lines, I 'm hoping for the same.

What I will do differently:
--Not eat out so much and *hopefully* not gain as much weight as before
--Workout a few times a week (I hardly exercised with the other two pregnancies, but I've been going to the gym for a year now)
--Get past the morning sickness without feeling guilty that I've done zero housework and my kids have watched too much tv

9 mg per two, suggested use is 4-6 per day

so you have to take them 4-6x a day??? I have real trouble with pills, wow, there is no way I could do that!

things to do differently:

- walk more throughout the pregnancy, not just at the end when the baby is late
- cut back on the juice and salt, I was so swollen last time
- hire a doula to help me labor at home longer
