nausea+headache from allergy?

Any ideas from what I could be reacting to?--twice now when I've been visiting a person's house, approximately 2-3 hours after, I've gotten severe nausea that lasts 24-48 hours, and a headache in the crown of my head. I can't think of anything that I'm usually allergic to, although I am prone to headaches. I have no personal relationship really with this person--as in no history, it's just someone with a dd the same age as mine and it's a playdate. It happened a week ago and I was mildly freaked out, but attributed it to extremely low blood sugar. Then it happened again yesterday--and it was exactly the same, although we were there for a shorter time, it came on the same way, and has been as severe. No unusual reaction in my kids or dh who was there once.
I googled my symptoms and only came up with a food allergy, but I ate nothing there. Also, the family seems fine--they don't strike me as odd or having anything wierd going on that I notice consciously.

It's possible you might have a chemical sensitivity to a cleaning supply or something she uses around the house?

Could it be perfums or smells in her home???

I'm not normally senstive to smells and don't consider myself to be generally allergic but it's probably just something regular. Like you said-even a cleaning product could do it-since we're pretty crunchy about the types of products I have at my house.
