History of American Girlhood--I can't remember the title

I found this book on the recent arrivals shelf of our library about six months ago. I checked it out and read it. I loved it, actually. I'd like to read it again, but I forgot to write down the title and author. Can anyone help me out?

It's a history of girls' relationships with their bodies, starting at around 1900 and continuing through the 90's. There are chapters on menstruation & sanitary products, hair removal, fashion, weight & eating disorders, etc.
