THanks for asking DH about this for me.
WHat is crazy is that it is their records in a way. It's the on-line logged-in account records that show we made all the payments on time and overpaid that month. I don't know how their records could be so different. It's like, Hello Citibank, you would have charged us a late fee if we were late and there are no late fees on record either.
ANyhow, DH just signed a big contract which means this financial hell we have been in while he's been starting it is about to be over.
We hope to pay them off when he gets paid next.
