oh joy! The sciatic nerve pain is kicking in!

With dd that was my first sign of pregnancy.
This afternoon I took a nap and woke up with that familar hobble.

Guess I should go google some exercises.

Ouch! Mine would usually kick in when I was walking across campus or sitting in class. Thankfully I was taking some nursing classes so the instructors were understanding about me needing to move around if I had too.

Do you know of any good websites for exercises?
