I have it, and like it. It's definitly the type of outlook I want to have on this pregnancy...what the book talks about.

I am enjoying it too, though frankly wish it went into more depth on some matters.

What are your other favorite books? I liked Thinking Woman's Guide to Childbirth last time, and Bradley stuff, but was disappointed with most of the other stuff I read.

My fave is a little dated now. It's Your Baby, Your Way by Shelia Kitzinger. Many details for those concerned about interventions and use of technology.

The complete book of pregnancy and childbirth by Shelia Kitzinger is also really good (a new edition was just published, wish I could justify buying it, but I already have the old!)

I also like The Birth Partner by Penny Simkin A wonderful resource for both mom and partner!
