MMT an absolute NO in pg?

Very early, not even sure if this will stick (11 losses, 2 wins, not holding my breath) but my supply is already hurting a little and my 2 year old is SO attached to the breasts. Will mother's milk tea HURT anything? or just not help???

panicking here!

Oh, oh, I can't remember the name of the one you can drink while pregnant- it's on the tip of my tongue! Tea for two, and two for tea... No, that's not it! Hopefully someone else will know. But I know that the fenugreek in MMT is contraindicated during pregnancy. Sending you sticky vibes!

More Milk Two.. but it's gastly expensive. and I have bags full of ingredients for MMT (coriander, fennel, caraway, anise, fenugreek, mint leaves..)
