Fit/Sizing: mine was custom made-the first one was too small but the second one fits perfect
Performance: Great-I love the stretchy snugness of this pouch but it doesn't seem to stretch out of shape at all
Workmomship: good
Customer Service/Communication: She was great to work with and prompt with all communications. She had to make me a new one for size and I had it within the week-and this was over the holidays too!
