Anyone use NAET allergy testing? - Page 3

I'm wondering of this might be of help. It is this really neat idea of talking to your child while they are in a very deep state of sleep. Jan Hunt, who is one of Mothering's AP specialists, turned me on to this.

Sarah,
Thanks for the links. I will gladly give it a try. I'll try anything at this point that won't cause Sierra any harm or side effects.

Well I made some adjustments to how I was applying EFT to ds #1 today, and I got some pretty amazing results. He has had enormous difficulties learning to read. He's 7 yrs old and nearly at a second grade level, but it's very slow and agonizing most of the time.

I did the EFT on him this morning with a few adjustments, and he wizzed through his lesson like any other kid. I hope this works every day! It could mean the end of a lot of suffering for him and me.

Here's a link to the EFT websight. They have a free manual you can download that explains the basic technique.

Sara, that sleep talking websight was very interesting! I'm going to give that a try too. I'm especially excited to use it with my first two boys, as they've both been through a lot of trauma due to ADHD and apraxia and have behavioral and emotional problems as a result. It would be great to be able to undo some of the damage of negative thinking during pregnancy. I tried so hard to be positive during my last two, but I was so sick that it was very difficult.

We go to our first NMT Friday - we're back to vomiting entire stomach contents 3x per day despite being in our fourth week of chiro. Wish us luck!

That's wonderful! I hope it helps!

Well, we went to our first NMT with a chiro today. Talk about bizarre! She talked to dd's subconc. while I was holding or touching her. Some of the stuff she was asking was hard for me to understand, but she said that 16mo dd was so smart and was understanding her perfectly . She said that she was able to detect multiple virus, bacteria, fungus, and a parasite. She told me to expect die-off results for the next 24 hours. This was so incredibly strange, but the practicioner seemed completely confident. We go back in a week. I'm glad that some of you warned me that it was different before I went in. I'm not going to even share this experience with DH.
