I'm in the September club and am antsy to show, b/c then I will feel that everything will be okay. Do any of you August mamas show, even if just to yourselves or your partners?

a little

I'm showing a little, but only me and DH can tell. It's not actually showing, but a little bloated looking. Of course I always have had a little pouch, and I haven't fully recovered from my last. I'm kind of anxious too!

I have a little pouch, not notcible yet, but it's there...ask again in a couple of weeks, LOL

I am poofy, and either naked or in tight clothes, I definitely show. I am completely out of any pants that snap or zip (except one really stretchy pair that was too big before I was pregnant), and wearing all elastic waists and roomy dresses and overalls now. I think I probably just look fat to most people, but I bet if my mom saw me now, she'd know in an instant. I have a really important conference this weekend (an out of town business trip) and NONE of my suits fit. I'm just going to wear a nice sweater and that last pair of pants that fit one day, and a roomy dress the other day. I'll be 12 weeks on Sunday, so I guess it's time...

I am due August 15 (so, I'm 9 weeks) and surprisingly I am! Just to me and dh, of course, but I can no longer suck in my stomach flat - there's a definite bulge now. My pants, too, are already beginning to feel very tight. I think it has more to do with the amount of food I'm eating to ward off 'morning' sickness, though.

In another few weeks I think it might be obvious. I'll have to tell me work exactly at 12 weeks.

Take care!

ps-Congrats Galatea - I remember you from ttc!

I too have the bloated look.

Yes I'm looking a little poochy. I think I probably just look fat to other people though :LOL. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I heard you show earlier with each one.

7 weeks here and feeling bloated, too. I've already got the rubberband spanning my jeans buttons because I can't close them any more. I definitely don't think it's baby or uterus (I was looking this way last week, too), and I've gained maybe 2 lbs, but it's there whatever it is!

I'm not showing, showing, but I feel fat and bloated. My pants are getting tighter already and last night I officially dug out my granny underwear that I wore my last pregnancy. Ahhh, I feel so much better now! No tight elastic! :

Yep. 11 weeks here w/#4 and I definitely have a belly when sitting or standing, but only if I lift up my baggy shirt I've pulled out the maternity clothes cuz they are just more comfy. 'Course, I have a retroverted uterus, so if I lay down it is just a little bulge.

Bloated more than anything here. But the boob fairy left just enough that people are starting to notice that...

I'm either 8 weeks or 12 weeks (we'll find out more this week w/an ultrasound) but I definetly look pregnant. Yesterday I was at ds's ped and his doctor told me congratulations and asked, "When are you due - April?" APRIL????? Yes, I had thrown on a maternity shirt (because my only clean pants are a little tight in the bum/hips, so I was trying to camoflauge the tightness there w/a larger shirt) but APRIL? And dh told me that I might be having puppies as I look so much bigger - thanks dear.

Yes I'm slightly overweight to begin with, but I'm 20 pounds lighter than at the begining of ds's pregnancy and I haven't gained any weight so far, have actually lost 2 pounds. Are my abs that out of shape? It makes me wonder - if I'm this big now, what does the next ~30 weeks have in store?

OooOoO...I feel relief just reading this! I think I'll dig mine out tonight!

My pants are tight, which seems fast. All my buttons are popped open too. I am also eating like crazy to help with the MS. Ugggh.
I am excited for maternity clothes again- is that strange?!?!
Mama Coltrane, I'm excited, too! At least I'll be comfortable when I can put maternity clothes on
post #17 of 40
I've pulled out my maternity clothes a couple of times, looked them over and put them away again. But you ladies have inspired me - it's time for a coming out party!

One more thing - w/ds's pregnancy I was working in an office and have a lot of "nice" clothes especially shirts that tie around the back. Not very nursing friendly. Looks like I'll be checking out the thrift stores in the next couple of weeks.

Poochy, noticeable to DH and myself. I've been wearing a bigger pair of pants with a stretch band with sweaters right now....I'm 10 weeks and a few days.

I go back to work next week and have to think about "looking" nice for the students and I think I'll be wearing some maternity pants and regular shirts right now. I can't wait to really start showing!!1
