How was the fit of infant prefolds on your infant?

Just wondering if I should trim the ones I have or leave them be.

These fit really well when ds was teeny tiny. Are you talking about trimming infant pf's for a newborn? I wouldn't- because even though at first they might be a bit big, babies grow so fast at the beggining that you can always fold them at first to get a good fit.

Too big and bulky. I highly suggest getting some preemie pfs. I still use them all of the time as doublers and liners (when I use dipe cream)

Ok... I am dumb! Don't trim them! Then they won't work real well as he gets a little bigger. They grow tooooo fast!

It will just be really bulky at first.

I would not trim..they do grow so fast..the baby will fit them in no time!

yes, I agree with Angela.. they *will* be bulky at first.. but they outgrow preemie size so fast that I wouldn't trim them to fit newborn size, I've always though it's silly to buy a lot of newborn size when you know how they grow the first month or two...

forgot to add.. ds was 7 lbs even at birth, and 12 lbs at 6 weeks.. LOL

they were bulky at first but from 3 weeks to 3 months i loved the fit. she was 8'7".
