My friend is having an Army party for her son and asked if I could come up with some games for them. Honestly with the party being inside I am at a total loss. So I was hoping someone here might have some ideas? Crafts? Games? Anything will help at this point. We have decorations and such covered, it's just what to do with them? Her house is not small but it has alot of furniture, which I think she would be willing to move around for the party. So lets here those ideas ladies!!! Don't let me down!

My mom gave me this for Christmas and I absolutely love it. Gorgeous illustrations and very sweet ideas inside. Plus it's just structured enough so that I can be creative about what I include...

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

I was going to suggest "capture the flag" until I saw that it is indoors. Why does it HAVE to be indoors? Even if it's cold outside, can't the kids bundle up and go out to play a game or two? Snowball fights come to mind.
They could "pin the stripes on the soldier". Or "pin the medal on the soldier".
If any of the adults involved have military experience, it could be fun to teach them how to stand at attention.
Maybe some calisthenics, if there's room? Jumping jacks and push-ups are fun.
How old are the kids? You might be able to invite an Army recruiter to come talk to them about military life. Can't hurt to call and ask, and if you'll have a high school student around (an older sibling perhaps) it makes it even more likely. Sometimes they'll do things like this even for younger kids, though. Gotta plant those seeds of interest early.

How about an indoor obstacle course (over the couch, under the table, through a tube, etc...)?

Thanks ladies!
My dh is a Drill instructor IRL and he is planning to go in full uniform and teach them some basic moves.
The boys will all be in the 7yr old range.
The mom wants to keep them inside, too much work for a 2 hour party to get them dressed and undressed kwim?
I like the face paint idea, and will tell her about the others to see what she thinks. Please keep the ideas coming
