19 month old with yellow molar

My 19 month old daughter has a lower molar that is yellow. The entire tooth is yellow, and is in sharp contrast to the rest of her teeth, which are fairly white. Any ideas on what this could be?

It may be the early signs of tooth decay. My advice (as a parent who went through this with a 19 mo about 4 years ago) would be to have it checked out by a pediatric dentist. Especially if you have insurance. The sooner the better.
