I just wanted to share how much B6 has reeeeeeeaaaaalllyyy helped my nausea!!! I can't even believe it. I saw the MW last week, and told her how nauseous I was (no throwing up, just nauseous to the point of having to lay down several times a day--not such fun with a 2 1/2 year old little guy who wants to play!)
She said--try taking 50mg B6 two times a day with meals, works for some, and not for others, and we're not really sure why. It's water sol., so what you don't need, you pee out. Within a day an a half, my nausea was all but gone. I still get a bit if I'm not good about keeping something in my stomach, but I really can't believe the difference it's made.
