Has anyone used this program? Is anyone using it now to prepare for a birth? I just ordered it..

..I have purchased it, but I haven't used it yet - I plan to start listening soon. I didn't want to start before the holidays because I had also purchased a hypnotherapy fear of flying cd and was listening to that. I will say, following the suggestions in that CD did help keep me calmer on my flight, though I wouldn't say it was pleasant.
