I am SO congested!

How congested am I?

I'm SO congested that each time I sip my spearmint tea, my ears get plugged!

I need relief. PLEASE!! My only requirements are that it's fast acting, non-drowsy, BF safe and doesn't require that I take several different pills.

I don't know about fast acting but, I've been using Garlic, EmergenC and drinking Mothers Milk Tea (while breathing the steam). Hope this helps!

Here's my "tough love" recommendation:

1/8 tsp goldenseal
dash of salt
warm water

mix together and snort a little up both sides. Try for twice a day for two days. It's not the most pleasant treatment, I'll be honest. But I wouldn't suggest it if it didn't work.
